Bakken-Young Grief Support during Covid 19 Virus

by Chaplain Julia Rajtar, MAPS, BCC

Following the guidance of the CDC and the Wisconsin Department of Health, we are eliminating in- person groups, whether it is the Coffees every other Friday or the Grief Group which begins March 23. None of these groups will be held in person. They will, however, be offered virtual. Groups will be re-evaluated in mid-April. For at least the next two months, we will not meet in person for any of this support.

Coffee and Conversation via Conference Call

With the Friday coffees, for the time being, we will hold them via conference call. You will remain at home and drink your own coffee, however, those who choose, will be called in by Julia, via conference call. Up to 6 callers can be linked by conference call together. If you want to be a part of the conference call Coffee for this Friday, March 20th, please notify Julia with your phone number, and she will call you in. Calls will be made at 8am, and we will meet by phone 8-9am.

Grief Support Group which begins March 23 to be held via Skype or via conference call

We will not be meeting in person at St. Bridget’s on March 23. Rather, the group will meet via Skype. If you choose to be a part of this grief support group, please rsvp back to Julia with your phone number and email address. Spring Virtual Grief Group
