John Jacobson, age 90, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at New Richmond Hospital.
John is survived by his children, Jeff “Jake” Jacobson, Julie (Jeff) Bentley, Robert Van Wynsberghe, Dennis Van Wynsberghe and Michael Van Wynsberghe; grandchildren, Maddi (Dan) Atkinson, Jordan (Logan) Cole, Joe (Gina) Bentley, Michael Bentley, Amber (Johan) Bentley-Gomez, Brittany Schindler, Chelsea Van Wynsberghe; great grandchildren, Emma, Ivy, Casper, Will, Arianna, Allen, Johan, Luca, Sophia and Nora, and brother, Arnold Jacobson.
John is preceded in death by, his wives, Janice Jacobson and Joan Jacobson; his parents, Clarence and Signa Jacobson; and his siblings, Harold, Lorraine, Allen, Clyde.
A memorial service for John was Wednesday, July 29th, 2026 at 12:00PM at First Lutheran Church, New Richm0nd, Wisconsin with visitation starting at 11:00AM. Interment was July 30th in New Richmond Cemetery.

We got to know John and Joan when we were neighbors out on County Road G. They were the sweetest people we have ever met. We loved hearing about their trips and seeing them dance was pure joy! I’m so sorry for the family’s loss. John was truly a beautiful person through and through and will be greatly missed. Our heartfelt condolences to John’s loved ones.
Was saddened to hear of the passing of our cousin John. We always enjoyed our visits with him and Joan. May God bless his memory
