William Albert “Bill” Class Jr. age 88 of Somerset, Wisconsin passed away peacefully at the St. Croix Health Center on Friday August 1, 2014. Bill was born on April 15, 1926 in St. Paul, Minnesota. He worked for over 40 years for the Burlington Northern Rail Road and was General Chairman of the Brotherhood of the Railroad Signalmen. Bill was an avid race fan and you could find him in his booth every Saturday night at Cedar Lake Speedway. He also loved watching NASCAR races on TV and playing golf with his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Class Sr. and Stella (McClellan) Class; son, Lawrence Class; granddaughter, Kari Spitzer and 2 great grandchildren. Survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Bernice “Bunny” Lois (Kameron) Class; daughters, Kristine Johnson, Nancy “Jean” (Gary) Cook, Carol Davis; sons, William “Billy” (Kim) Class III, Ronald Class; 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial 3PM Tuesday August 5, 2014 at ST. ANNE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Somerset, Wisconsin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the CHURCH. Refreshments following the service. Interment will be at St, Anne’s Cemetery.
