We will miss Hopper so much. There was never a time that we saw him that we didn’t get a hug and an I love you guys! He was a special guy!
I am so sorry to hear this! I loved Hopper so much! He was the absolute best. I hope him and my dad are playing pool together as we speak. I know they sure got along, and that’s the reason him and I always got along. I’m going to miss him very, very much.
We are so sad to hear this news. Hugs and love to all of you!
Rest in Peace Wayne. I have a lot of great childhood memories I carry with me about our neighborhood adventures we had as neighbors. Most of all those great driveway basketball games where you “took it easy” on me with your bigger size and talent. Our time clock was your dad driving into the driveway after work. We had our buzzer beater shots often determine the winner.
My heart is broken with the loss of my favorite cousin! Love you Babe!!!
Hopper, for years you and I would look back at memories of the past and we would refer to them as our rocking chair material.
We watched each other’s kids grow up and they ended up being life long friends, too. We coached T-ball and baseball, bowling with Taco Ernie and we trusted each other to have a good hold of the barbwire fence we crossed to get to the cow pond. Chicago!! The two of us walking into church at the same time and looking up to make sure the building would stay standing. Many more memories. Rock on my friend.
