Vincent “Butch” Wilson, age 63 of New Richmond, died on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Westfields Hospital in New Richmond. He was born the son of Rosetta and Robert Wilson on January 17, 1957 in New Richmond. Vincent graduated from New Richmond High School, class of 1975. He worked at Anderson Windows for 37 years, retiring in 2014. Vincent married Doreen “Lily” Johnson on October 10, 1992. He loved working outside, camping, hunting, and spending time with his grandson, Ryker.
He preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Rosetta; sister, Mickey (Vernon) Jones; brother, Bill; brother-in-law, Bob Langer. He is survived by his wife, Lily; daughter, Charlotte; grandson, Ryker; sisters, Rosetta “Babe” Boyle, Pat Langer, Mary, Midge, Dolly (Dennis “Tilly”) Krenz; twin sister, Veronica “Sis” (Jim) Lauck; brother, Bob (Janelle); sister-in-law, Connie; many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 6:00PM at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (728 S. Knowles Ave) in New Richmond. A visitation wwas held from 3:00-6:00PM at the funeral home. Guests will be asked to follow all CDC guidelines for gathering including social distancing and face masks. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

Butch was such a fantastic role model to Charlotte and Ryker, words cannot describe how much he will be missed by those two, but because of their beautiful bond, they will have such wonderful memories to share together. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Lil, his daughter Charlotte, grandson Ryker, and all his family and friends who loved him.
