Tracy Mae Wilkerson, age 49, of New Richmond, Wisconsin, passed away on October 13, 2026.
Born on January 14, 1977, in Chisago City, Minnesota, Tracy was the beloved daughter of William and Nancy (Kobs) Tretsven.
A proud 1995 graduate of St. Croix Falls High School; Tracy was a lifelong learner who valued education and personal growth. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Project Management from UW-Stout in 1999 and later completed three associate degrees through UW-Eau Claire, reflecting her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to learning.
On September 10, 2011, Tracy married the love of her life, Jeremy Wilkerson, at the Tretsven family farm on a beautiful sunny day surrounded by family and friends. Together they built a life rooted in love, laughter, and adventure.
Of all the roles Tracy held in life, none brought her greater joy than being a wife and mother. Her children, Kailey and Kellen, were the center of her world. She was endlessly proud of them and cherished every moment spent cheering them on, celebrating their accomplishments, and creating memories together. Whether attending sporting events, sharing family adventures, or spending time outdoors, her greatest happiness came simply from being with them. The love she had for her children was evident in everything she did, they brought a sparkle to her eyes and a fullness to her heart that words cannot express.
Family was Tracy’s greatest treasure, especially during hunting trips. Among her many hunting accomplishments, she especially treasured the memories of harvesting a 390-pound bear, but for Tracy, the true reward was always the shared experience with family and friends.
Tracy will be remembered for her ability to make those around her feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Her family was her pride, her purpose, and her greatest legacy.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Tretsven, her grandparents, and father in law Donald Ray Wilkerson.
Tracy is survived by her husband, Jeremy Wilkerson; her cherished children, Kailey and Kellen Wilkerson; her mother, Nancy Tretsven; her sisters, Terri Tretsven, Tanya Tretsven, and her twin sister, Tammy Tretsven and mother in law Jeanne Pellmann. She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephews: Landon and Logan Hendrickson; McKayla (Mitchell) Schwobe; Mason and Madison Mertz; Payton (Max) Grand; and Nolan Merth along with many extended family members, and dear friends.
Though our hearts are broken by her loss, we find comfort in knowing that Tracy’s love lives on through the family she cherished so deeply. Her legacy will forever be found in the countless memories she created, the values she instilled, and the unwavering love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.
A Celebration Of Life for Tracy has been planned for Thursday, October 22, 2026 from 2:00PM – 6:00PM at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (728 S Knowles Ave) New Richmond, Wisconsin with a Memory Sharing Service starting at 6:00PM. Memory sharing will be live streamed using the link below.
