Thomas “Tom” Stumpf age 81 of River Falls, WI passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026 at the River Falls Area Hospital. A memorial service is being planned and a complete obituary including date and times will appear as soon as available. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

So sorry for the family’s loss. My all-time favorite teacher and coach. I was so glad I got to connect with him again at my mom’s funeral in 2019.
