Swenby, Colleen

Colleen Dawn Swenby, age 76, of New Richmond, Wis. Colleen died peacefully on Dec. 28, 2010, at the Osceola Medical Center. She was born on Oct. 23, 1934, to Herbert and Maude (nee Lloyd) Robbins in Green Bay, Wis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Darwin Zimmerman and Paul Swenby; grandson Kevin Swenby; siblings Ray Robbins, Dennis Robbins, Marcelle Piechowski, Stella Larson, Stan Robbins, Sterling Robbins, and Robert Robbins.

Colleen is survived by her children, Kyle (Kay) Zimmerman, Lynn (Joe) Guidote, Amy (Jim) Thompson, Paul (Rose) Swenby; siblings Lee Wilson and Brian Robbins; grandchildren, Joshua, Dara, Abigayle and Emily.

Funeral service 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, New Richmond. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, at the CullenCrea Funeral Home, 307 S. Arch Ave., New Richmond, WI 54017, and also 1 hour prior to the service at church. Memorials preferred.
