Steven Krugen 09/18/2019

Steven Kenneth Krugen, age 64 of Mounds View, MN, died on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at The Estates at Linden in Stillwater, MN.  Steve was born the son of Jack and Donna (Pinske) Krugen on April 12, 1955 in Minneapolis, MN.  He grew up in Mounds View and graduated from Irondale High School with the class of 1973.  Steve served in the US Navy aboard the USS America from 1976 – 1980.  He worked at Crystal Marine before getting into commercial printing.  Steve spent many years of his career with Web Label Company.  He enjoyed fishing, spending time barbequing with family, and being a grandpa.  Steve was an avid Twins and Vikings fan.  He was a caring man who had a great sense of humor.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Donna Krugen; brother-in-law, Jerry Anderson; and nephew, Kevin Krugen.  Steve is survived by his daughter, Sara (Joe Clement) Krugen; grandchildren, Dominick and Isabella; siblings, Nancy Anderson, Roger (Donna) Krugen, Bob (Amy) Krugen; and several nieces and nephews.  A Celebration of Steve’s Life was held on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 12 – 2 pm with military honors at 2 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services 728 S Knowles Avenue New Richmond, WI 54017.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
