Steven Anderson 10/08/2015

Steven Lowell Anderson age 68 of New Richmond died Thursday, October 8, 2015 at his home.  He was born the only son of Cyrus and Dena (Christianson) Anderson on April 20, 1947 in Baldwin.  Steve grew up in El Paso and graduated from Ellsworth High School.  In 1987, he moved to New Richmond.  He worked odd jobs throughout the years and spent several years working at St. Croix Industries in New Richmond.  Steve enjoyed sports including baseball, basketball, and football.  He was an amazing statistician and could recall players and stats from decades ago to current.  Steve had many friends in the community and loved to socialize.  He is preceded in death by his parents.  Steve is survived by many friends and the caring staff at Brotoloc in New Richmond.  A funeral service was held Friday, October 16, 2015 at 10:00 am at Bakken-Young Beebe Chapel in New Richmond.  Visitation was also Friday from 9:00-10:00 am at the funeral home.  Interment was in Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services Beebe Chapel of New Richmond.
