Sorry for your loss and my deepest condolences to you
So sorry for your loss. Sending prayers and hugs.
HAVE SOME VERY FOND MEMORIES OF STEVE AS WE WERE GROWING UP. GOD COMFORT EACH AND EVERYONE
My heart feels your pain of losing your brother Steve. I remember when you all came over on the farm to visit and have fun. I thought Steve was so handsome. I remember he tried to built a diving board for us to jump off into the lake with. He thought packing mud around and on top of it and let it dry would somehow act like cement and hold the board down. Ah Not. We had fun trying though. This is tough stuff. Love to you all
Steve was a great guy He lived to cross the street from my parents and he would do anything for anybody
We extend our heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. As we reflect on the past, we are reminded of the many fun times we shared together, particularly while working on cars in the homestead garage.
One of the most memorable experiences was working on the lime green ’57 Chevy with the striking black lace top. That car was truly one of a kind, and it left an impression not only on us, but also on others—especially the Stillwater lift bridge tender, who surely never forgot seeing that Chevy cross the bridge.
During a road trip back from Stillwater, we faced an unexpected challenge when the ’57 Chevy broke down on the bridge right at rush hour and just before lift time. The culprit appeared to be a faulty welding job on the home-made rear end lift kit. The situation was so remarkable that it felt like a true “I wish I would have had a movie camera” moment, capturing the spirit of our adventures and ingenuity.
