I remember him in high school. Sorry for your loss
He was my biology teacher during my sophmore year. Prayers to the family.
My son Jesse & I have enjoyed our hunting friendship with Stan. We loved planning each years hunt with grooming the trails & making repairs to the deer stands. Stan was always a go getter & loved riding his 4-wheeler through the woods. He enjoyed making trail signs & was very organized with his trail maps.
He always enjoyed hearing the story after a deer was harvested & took many pictures & documented the events for each year.
RIP Stan, that next big buck is in memory of your love for the hunt!
Brent and I hunted with Stan for over 30 years. Whenever a deer was shot, we would all get together and trail it, some short and some longer. Each was an adventure and every deer a trophy. In the evenings we would watch movies and Stan would share Coon hunting stories with his dog on the Farm as well raising potatoes and selling them at the local grocery store. Thanks for all the memories, Stan.
So sorry for your loss Sharon, may the good memories stay with you always!
