Born in St. Paul, Minnesota to Ross and Edna (Thomae) Phillips. Lived in St. Paul until 2004 when she moved to Green Valley, Arizona. Moved to River Falls Wisconsin 2010. God chose to bring Roxanne home on May 5, 2020. Standing in line to greet her with the angels are loved ones who went before her. Husband John Pego, mother and father, sister Helen Leier. Leaving here on earth her children Guy Pearson (Dianne), Dean Pearson, Tena Sager (Ron), John Pego (Lynn). Grandchildren Guy Pearson (Christine), Sarah Pearson, Matt Sager, Reese Sager, Morgan (Sager) Plate (Will) and Mia Pego. Four great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Jan Roediger and Holly Rieger. Many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Also leaving here on earth, many memories for her loved ones, and her prayers and hope that one day she will be in line with the angels to greet each of them. By her faith and the grace of God it was safe for Roxanne to leave this world. We did not lose Roxanne; we know where she is. No more pain, no more tears and now a clear mind. This is not the end for Roxanne it is the beginning. Praise God. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
