Rose E. Germain, age 82, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Kinnic Health & Rehab in River Falls. Private services were held. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

Rosie was our neighbor for many years. She took great joy in entertaining our kids and their friends with water balloon fights and trips to the beach at Bass Lake when they were young. She always asked about the kids and how they were doing even after they were grown and moved away from home. She loved her dogs and cats through the years. RIP, Rosie!
Rose was always so fun to be around. So friendly and helpful to anyone who needed it.
