Ronald Woodcock “Woody”, age 61 of Roberts, WI, and formerly of Meadowlands, MN, died on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at his home. Woody was born the son of John and Dorothy (Suitor) Woodcock on February 2, 1955 in Duluth, MN. He grew up in Meadowlands and graduated from Toivola-Meadowlands High School with the class of 1973. Woody spent 23 years in the building, grounds and maintenance department with Amsoil in Superior, WI and the past 14 years in the lumber yard at Menards in Hudson, WI. He was married to Judith Geske on July 18, 1978 in Superior. Woody enjoyed hunting, fishing, carpentry, and fixing things. He was a quiet, loyal man with a big heart. He was always willing to help. He is survived by wife, Judith Woodcock; daughter, Jacqueline Jones; son, John Woodcock; and granddaughter, Zoie Jones. A Celebration of Woody’s Life was held on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 3-7 pm at the pavilion in the park in Roberts, WI. Cremation services provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of Baldwin.
