My deepest sympathies to Chris and the family. Glenn, Vy and Bob were family friends when I was very young, and I have wonderful memories of Bob, family picnics, the sheep, the cattle, and climbing their most excellent fallen tree in the pasture. He was a good, good person.

What can be said to adequately explain the magnitude of losing such a good friend of nearly 55 years, other than I was blessed to have been as such. There are no bad memories to be had during all that time,. He was a positive leader, a helper without qualms, and a delight to be with in every adventure we shared. I will miss him deeply, but I will smile often because remembering him and our times together was a blessing only God could have provided.

We are sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. Our hearts and prayers go out to Chris and the family. I enjoyed serving on the Hudson Town Board with Bob for years. He was thoughtful and made sure we did what was best for the residence of the Town. We had many enjoyable conversations and I loved to hear about all of trips……

My sincere sympathies to Chris & family. I have a lot of good memories of Bob and our adventures out on their farm when I was growing up. My parents were good friends with Vy & Glen. They were all such good people! Barb Wall, sorry for your loss of your brother.

I took my last trip in 2020 with Bob. During the many hours in the car he spoke about his wife and daughters. He was so proud of his family.
My condolences for your great loss.

Chris, I am so sorry. Bob was a very special guy to me and so many others. Our farm tours were so much better when Bob was our leader. Personally he was a great friend. We had many conversations about travel and life in general and he always lit up when we got to family topics. He so loved you and the girls and the grand children. I will really miss those talks and his smile and the guidance he gave me about traveling and other topics. My thoughts and prayers are with you Chris and the girls. He left us way too soon. I will think of Bob often, especially when I travel. Love to you all.

Prayers are with the Waxon family at the loss of a wonderful man. I worked with Bob through Holiday Vacations both on travel shows and tours and he was a joy to co-partner with. He was caring, thoughtful and always the ultimate professional. He will be missed by his colleagues and those who have toured with him through our company over the many years of his service.

I am heartbroken to hear this sad news. Bob was one of the kindest people I have met and had the pleasure to work with. He had a wonderful sense of humor and I never heard an unkind world from him. My deepest sympathies are with his family.

So sad to learn of the death of a colleague and a friend. Bob was always a gentleman and first class at everything he did. And he touched so many lives with that positive warmth that was uniquely Bob.
And, Nobody could sell a travel show like Bob Waxon.
My prayers and condolences to Chris and all of the Waxon family.

I just recently learned of Bob’s passing and am so sorry to hear the news, my condolences to his loved ones. I had the pleasure of working with Bob and enjoyed his joyful spirit. He and I would have many conversations about the fun experiences we both enjoyed while raising twin girls. I will remember him fondly and miss the unique way he could inspire others about the joy of traveling and create a fun environment. May his spirit continue to send you love and strength.
