So sorry to see our friend of 67 year’s leave us,but also blessed to know he is at peace 🕊️ no more suffering Bob rest in peace now 🙏
Bob Leary was my Boy Scout Leader in the 1970’s. He loved camping and canoeing. He taught us to enjoy the outdoors which has become a lifelong passion of mine. Fortunately, I was able to visit with Bob shortly before his passing and told him he was the most influential adult in my youth other than my parents. He was a great man.
Uncle Bob was always the fun uncle. It would take hours for me to recount the great times I had visiting Rose and Bob in their various River Falls homes and especially at the cabin. For many years, every major holiday was spent with them. So many wonderful memories! I was grateful to have the chance to visit him during his last days and make plans to eventually “meet him on the other side.”
Bob was a very special soul. He has held a special place in my heart for the 20+ years I’ve known him. My condolences to his family. He will be missed, yet never forgotten.
