Rae Ann Hintz 03/25/2011

Rae Ann Hintz, age 66 of New Richmond, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 25, 2011 at Westfield’s Hospital.  Rae was born on July 18, 1944 in Almena, Wisconsin.   She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Ruth Feidt; husband Al Hintz and son Mick Fankhauser.  She is survived by her children Melissa, Ted (Sarah), and Alison.  Rae was an amazing grandma to Randall, Brooks, Matt, Megan, Nate, and Chloe; great grandchildren Cameron, Emma and Sophia, and many beloved friends.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  Rae truly enjoyed painting, gardening, crafts and talking with her internet friends.  Rae had a strong will and personality.  She was a very unique woman and will be missed deeply.  A memorial service was held Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 3:00 pm at Bakken-Young’s Beebe Mortuary in New Richmond.  Visitation was also be Saturday from 1:00-3:00 pm at the funeral home.  Private interment will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.  Arrangements were with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of New Richmond.
