Patricia Scott

Patricia Anne Scott age 51 of Rosemount, Minnesota died on Sunday July 7, 2013 at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, Minnesota. She was born on September 11, 1961 in New Richmond, Wisconsin to Wilfred & Anna Katherine (Coughlin) Maitrejean.
She grew up in New Richmond, and graduated from New Richmond High School in 1980. She married Patrick Scott on April 30, 1994 in New Richmond, Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota to be closer to work. She worked for Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, and had 28 years of service. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Katherine; grandparents, aunts and uncles. She is survived by her loving husband, Patrick; father, Wilfred Maitrejean; sister, Jean (Darwin) Green, and niece Anna Delia, and an extended family and many friends. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends and her two cats. She loved going to movies with friends, and on Sundays it was laundry and NASCAR. During her fight with cancer she was able to try some fly-fishing which she so enjoyed, and went to many scrapbooking events for cancer survivors. Also through her own personal struggle she would always take the time to reach out and lend an ear or just be a support buddy for people she would meet during her journey, she was a very loving person. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Saturday July 13, 2013 at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH 151 South Washington Avenue in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Visitation 1 ½ hours prior to the service at the CHURCH. Private interment. Memorials preferred to the Patrick Scott Family. Please join the family for a luncheon which will be held downstairs at the church after the service.
