Denise & family there are not enough words that can be said at this time for the loss of Mike. He was a one in a life time kinda guy you wanted to have known in your life. He will truly be missed in our family. There is a great amount of memories I will always hold dear to us. Take care and have strength

Two weeks ago, Mike spoke at his godfather’s (Uncle Donnie) memorial gathering and shared lifelong memories with his Wittren cousins. A very treasured day! My memories over six decades include times together in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Florida. A fond memory is babysitting Mike as a happy special little two-year-old.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Dorothy, and your family as your broken heart begins to mend and you remember and celebrate Mike’s life with you.

Had the pleasure to spend time with Mike(Mikey) just a few weeks ago, he was not a man of many words, but the words he said were important or made you laugh, the last time we talk it was about retiring in about a year and spending time with his family. He was a great support and help to our family, and he will be greatly missed, words can not express the sadness I feel for his family’s lost, he was taken from us to early, but I am sure the Lord was in need of his help, and I know we meet again one day, so till then I say good bye.

Sad to hear of the loss of my cousin. One of my favorite childhood memories was when we went to the Monster truck and tractor pull in Rockford. Only time I ever went. He was a nice guy, not to be forgotten.

Dear Denise and family. Our hearts hurt for all of you. We hope that some day you will be able find peace in knowing that Mike didn’t suffer. None of us know the future, but we can look back at the past and find comfort in knowing that God’s hand has always been there to help. We pray that you will find that peace and comfort. We will miss Mike more than anyone can know, but he will always be in our hearts and in our wonderful memories of him. He was a great man and an even greater cousin. We thank the Lord for putting Mike in our lives. Much love to you and your family always.
