In Loving Memory of Melissa “Missy” Ann Dudrey

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Melissa “Missy” Ann Dudrey, who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 61.

Missy was born on May 27, 1965, at St. John’s Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Dorothy and Terry Barker. She later made her home in River Falls, Wisconsin, where she built a life surrounded by the people and things she loved.

Above all else, family was the heart of Missy’s world, especially her three sons, Kyle Dudrey, Austin Dudrey, and Travis Wichman. She loved her boys more than anything and always did what she could for them. Through life’s ups and downs, her love for her children never wavered. They were, and always will be, one of the greatest parts of her life.

Missy found happiness in the comfort of home and the simple moments spent with those closest to her. She had a silly side that could bring smiles and laughter, along with a stubborn streak that those who knew her will never forget. These little pieces of who she was made her uniquely Missy. Her beloved dogs, Cooper and Bella, also held a special place in her heart and were cherished companions in her life.

Missy is survived by her three sons, Kyle, Austin, and Travis; her siblings, Jessica and Terry; and her beloved dogs, Cooper and Bella. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Terry Barker.

Those who knew Missy will remember her for who she truly was: a loving mother, a caring family member, and a woman with a personality all her own. Her silly moments, stubborn ways, and deep love for her family are memories that will remain with those who knew and loved her. Though her absence leaves an immeasurable void, the memories she created and the love she gave will live on in the hearts of her family forever.

Missy will always be loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
