Margery Knowlton

Margery was born on May 20, 1940 in Stillwater. MN. and died on July 9, 2013. Marge graduated from Somerset, WI in 1958 and St. Benedict’s in 1963. Later in life, Marge took great pride in her studies at St. John’s, graduating with a Masters in Theology in 2011. She was preceded in death by parents, Emil & Bernice (Lee) Jagg; sisters & brothers in law, Marion & Larry Fisher, Morrie & Edna Andrewsen, Willard Backe; niece, Jean Jorden; nephew, Robert Andrewsen; daughter,Rachel Lee. Survived by son, Lee (Jen) Knowlton; sister, Francis Backe; brother, Robert (Lavern) Jagg; 4 nieces; 1 nephew; 7 grandchildren; son in law, Tom Lee. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday July 12, 2013 at GUARDIAN ANGELS CATHOLIC CHURCH 8260 4TH St. N, Oakdale, MN 55128. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the CHURCH. Memorials preferred to Hope for the Journey Home Shelter c/o Guardian Angels, St. John’s School of Theology Seminary, PO Box 5866 Collegeville, MN 56321; The Benedictine’s at the St. Paul Monastery. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery Bayport.
