Louis Ioppolo, a beloved husband, father, Pop-Pop, and friend, passed away on 11.21.24 at the age of 90. A proud veteran and dedicated servant to his community, he served 30 years as a police officer, touching countless lives with his kindness and unwavering sense of duty.
A graduate of Seton Hall University, Louis was a man of many passions, including running and biking, which he pursued with the same energy and determination he brought to every aspect of his life. Known for his sharp wit and warm heart, he could always be counted on to bring laughter and joy to any room.
Above all, he was a family man who lived for those he loved. Whether as a devoted husband, a supportive father, or a cherished Pop-Pop, he was always there with a helping hand and an open heart.
Louis’s legacy of love, humor, and selflessness will forever be cherished by his family and friends. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Mass of Christian Burial was Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:30AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church (1880 County Rd G) New Richmond, Wisconsin with interment in Northern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery at 2:30PM. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
