Louis Aubuchon 08/29/2013

Louis J. Aubuchon age 87 of Red Cedar Canyon in Hudson, died on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Red Cedar Canyon in Hudson.  Louis was born the son of Julius and Rose (Lavalet) Aubuchon on July 25, 1926 in Colorado.  He grew up in Colorado Springs.  He joined the Navy at age 17 and served during WWII.  On April 16, 1953, he married Larene Gentry in Yuma, AZ.  Louis was a farmer and cattle rancher.  He also drove truck over the road for many years.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.  Louis was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.  He was loving and charismatic and a hard worker.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Rose Aubuchon; wife, Larene Aubuchon; son, Michael Aubuchon;  and  7 brothers and sisters.  Louis is survived by his son, Tom (Linda) Aubuchon; daughters, Suzie (Wayne) Doerr, Diane Brooks; grandchildren,  Nicole (Joe Lenarz) Aubuchon, Brent Aubuchon, Joseph (Kelly Heinisch) Kleschult, Heidi Kleschult, Candy (Dave) Swenson, Mike Doerr, Kassy Brooks, Josh Brooks; great-grandchildren, Devin and Blake Swenson, Hunter Lenarz; and many other relatives and friends.  A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 11 am at the Bakken-Young Beebe Chapel in New Richmond.  Visitation as also held on Tuesday from 9-11 am.  Interment was in Boardman Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services Beebe Chapel of New Richmond.
