Linda B. Forss 10/19/2023

Linda “Lynn” B. Forss of Ellsworth, Wisconsin passed away on October 19th, 2023, at the age of 74, at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota. Linda was born to Earl and Carol Jensen on April 20th, 1949 in Red Wing, Minnesota. Linda grew up with many siblings in the Ellsworth area, and continued to live in the area. She married Dennis Forss on September 11, 1976. Lynn loved to help people in her work, and had a variety of jobs throughout her life, but they all achieved that passion. Her early career was spent at the River Falls Area Hospital and she later opened a daycare in her home. Later in life, she returned to the medical field and did in-home healthcare. She loved animals almost more than people, and had many pets throughout the years. Lynn could often be found feeding and watching birds. Lynn is survived by two sons; Robert “Bob” (Robin) Forss of Bloomer and David Forss of Ellsworth, three grandchildren; Levi (Kayley) Blomstrom of Red Wing, Blake Forss of Bloomer and Brooke Forss of Madison, three siblings; Mary (Bob) Guenther of Red Wing, Mark (Julie) Jensen of Ellsworth and Eric (LuAnne) Jensen of Bay City, her cat; Gizmo, numerous nieces and nephews and loving family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; Earl and Carol Jensen, brother; David Jensen and husband; Dennis Forss. A private service is being planned.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
