Lilith Marie Jepsen age 4 months earned her angel wings on Monday, December 9, 2019 at her home, earlier that day was her first giggle. She was born the daughter to Aalea Marie Schmahl and Gunner Christian Jepsen on August 4, 2019 at Westfields Hospital in New Richmond. Lilith was easy to smile and liked to have music on in the background. She could not take her eyes off of video games and Anime’. She was surrounded by lots of toy animals and fuzzy blankets. She is remembered as being opinionated and loving car rides, especially speed bumps. Lilith is survived by her mother, Aalea Marie Schmahl; father, Gunner Christian Jepsen; pet gecko, Nebula; uncles, Drew and Storm Jepsen, Alexander Martin Schmahl and aunt, Alivia Mae Moore; grandma, Catherine Schmahl and grandparents, Thor and Christine Jepsen; great-grandma, Laurabeth Pittman; great-great aunts and uncles, Rebecca (Jeff) Pajac, Louise (Rainer Martin) Schmahl, Marylee Schmahl, Bernard Schmahl, Joseph Schmahl; “aunts and uncles” (not related), Jay Larsen, Corbin DesLauries, Brittany (Matt) Evenson, Brian and Kelly Jo Wood and Dan Gordon. She was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, Marie and Raymond Schmahl; aunt, Sasha Jepsen; honorary grandmother, Jodi Kobs; as well as numerous great aunts, great uncles and other relatives. A memorial service for Lilith was held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (805 E Division St.) in River Falls followed by visitation until 6:00 pm.
