I am so sorry to hear about Kathy’s passing. She was truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. When we first joined Trinity Lutheran Church in Hammond, she always welcomed us. She was always a friendly face in the church office! She always sent a Birthday or Thank You card as well. I will miss her!

Kathy will certainly be missed. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her over the years at Trinity events and on preparing the church newsletter for mailing. She was always so gracious and caring about others and their families. Prayers are with the Gustafson family.

Kathy had an optimistic and positive attitude which she shared with anyone that surrounded her. She greeted you with a smile each time you saw her. Kathy remembered birthdays and special occasions with a card. Her faith was so strong and she allowed it to guide her life. She will be sorely missed. Our sympathy to her family.

I have been so blessed to have gotten to know Kathy …she was in our women’s study in New Richmond and was so kind…it didn’t take long to know Kathy was on fire for the Lord …she loved Jesus and had so much faith…she is an inspiration all of us ladies. We will really miss her presence at our study but we are so excited to know she is with the Lord now.. I got to spend extra time chatting with her last week as she gave me a ride home….what I gift I received knowing her. 💗

She was in our Bible study group on Tuesday mornings. She was very soft spoken and sweet and kind. But we all knew how much she loved Jesus! We will all miss her but she is with her savior and that is all that matters in the end!.

I met Kathy in July of this year. We were just starting to really to know each. We attended a women confer in Green Lake Wi in September. We laughed so hard and prayed and worshiped together. She was a joy to be around. I will miss her a lot. I am grateful to know without a doubt she with her Lord and savior. I will see her one day again.. Love and prayers of comfort to her family and friends. She certainly was a precious gift to everyone who knew her.

Kathy loved Jesus. She knew exactly what He had done for her. She knew the great love of God for her. She understood how great was the love of her Father for her. With deep reverence and joy she believed Jesus’ Words for her and every believer, ‘Take this and eat, this is My body given for you in full payment for all your sins. Take this and drink. This is my blood poured out for you. This is the new covenant in my blood – My covenant with you. I will forgive your sins. I will give you eternal life. I will prepare a place for you in My Father’s House.’
Thank you God, our Father for giving us Kathy. Thank you Lord Jesus for taking her Home with you. Thank you Spirit of God, you kept strengthening her through the days of her life. Do the same for us. We will listen to Your holy Word about our Savior Jesus Christ. You will keep us in faith. Amen.

I’m sad to hear of Cousin Kathy’s passing. I recently mailed out her Christmas card. Each year, we send a card to one another, and got caught up on all the year’s happenings. To Kathy’s family, I extend my deepest condolences to you all and wish you peace and comfort in the days ahead. To my cousin Kathy… I will miss our conversations as well as our annual Christmas card exchange. May you dance in the Heavens with our loved ones this holiday season.
