Judy Otterson, age 82, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026 at home with her family by her side.

A funeral service has been planned for Monday, April 27, 2026, at 11:00AM at Ezekiel Lutheran Church (202 S 2nd St) in River Falls, Wisconsin with visitation starting at 10:00AM.  Judy’s service will also be live streamed.  Interment will be in North Beaver Creek Cemetery, Ettrick, Wisconsin on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026.
