John “Jack” G. Nelson, age 89, died Thursday, May 7, 2020 at the Saint Croix Health & Rehab Center. A private family burial of Jack’s urn will take place in Oakland Cemetery in Star Prairie, WI at a later date. Cremation services provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
