JoAnne M. Hannula 10/29/2023

JoAnne Marie Hannula, nee Arndt, of New Richmond, WI peacefully passed away on October 29^th, 2023, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. She was 43 years old.  JoAnne was born in Osceola, WI on July 27, 1980, to Craig and Anne (Boucher) Arndt. She was the oldest of 3 children. She attended Osceola High School and graduated in 1998.  She was united in marriage to Derek on August 18, 2007. She was blessed with 3 children. She worked at Anderson Windows, Gander Mountain and Patterson Companies.  JoAnne is Survived by her husband, Derek; children, Carolynn, Danny and Zach; parents, Craig and Anne (Boucher) Arndt; sister, Teresa Arndt; brother, Randy Arndt; sister-in-law, Dori (David) Marty; father-in-law, Daniel Hannula (Ginny); nephews, Dominic Marty and JJ Maki and niece, Lilah Maki.  JoAnne was proceeded in death by; mother-in-law, Diane Hannula; grandparents, Jim and Fern Arndt and Ralph and Kathryn Boucher.  Family would like to thank Westfield Cancer Center, Regions and the U of M. Family would also like to thank JoAnnes’s employer Patterson Companies and co-workers and Derek’s employer Preco LLC and co-workers.  A Celebration of JoAnne’s Life was held on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 3-7 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (728 S Knowles Avenue) New Richmond, WI.  Private interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery in East Farmington, WI.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
