It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jessica Renee Presley, age 26, of Green Bay, WI, and formerly of Farmington, MN. Jessica was born on September 18, 1998, in Burnsville, MN, and she departed this world unexpectedly on August 10, 2025, at Aurora Baycare Medical Center due to complications from Addison’s disease.
Jessica was a bright light in the lives of those who knew her. A 2017 graduate of Farmington High School, she was known for her caring nature and her ability to make others feel at ease. She loved her family fiercely, especially the time spent at her grandparents’ farm, where she fostered a deep appreciation for nature and outdoor activities. A lover of the lake, she was often found kayaking or simply enjoying the beauty of the water, always with a smile that reflected her joyful spirit.
Jessica had a special affinity for animals, showering them with love and attention. Her nurturing heart made her a beloved presence among children, where she naturally took on the role of the “mother hen.” She was an attentive listener, always prioritizing the needs of others and bringing comfort to those around her. Her laughter and infectious dimples will always be remembered by friends and family alike.
She enjoyed a wide array of music, loved watching scary movies, and had a fascination with haunted places, sharing these experiences with those close to her.
Jessica is survived by her parents, Don and Renee Presley; her boyfriend, Danny Ohlson; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished second cousins including Chloe, Aria, Owen, Delilah, and Tommy. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, George and Yvonne Brotzler, Don and Pat Presley; her aunt, Melissa Short; and cousin, Grant Brotzler.
A Celebration of Jessica’s life was held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (728 S Knowles Ave) in New Richmond from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by a brief memorial service at 3:00 PM. A reception followed the service, allowing family and friends to gather and share stories in honor of Jessica’s beautiful spirit.
Jessica’s family invites all who knew her to join them in remembering the joy she brought to their lives. Arrangements are entrusted to Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

Craig and I are are hear in spirit with you and Renee and the family. I loved Jessica very much ,Danny you had a wonderful girl my niece was loved by so many again sorry for your loss and our deepest condolences love aunt Hope, uncle Craig.
