Jerry Craven, 67, of Hudson, WI, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on September 23, 2026.

Jerry was a much-loved husband, father, Grandpapa, brother, uncle and friend. His family meant everything to him and he was especially proud to be Grandpapa to his two grandchildren.

Jerry was happiest spending time on the golf course with his golf buddies, out snowmobiling, watching the Packers or enjoying a good meal and there was always room for a snack. He took pride in his home and enjoyed keeping busy with projects around the house. Jerry was generous with his time and never hesitated to help a friend, neighbor or family member who needed a hand. One of his favorite golf memories was getting a hole-in-one at Badlands Golf Course, the same place where his family and friends will gather to celebrate his life.

Jerry worked as a pump assembler at Waterous for more than 40 years. He also loved traveling with Tammie and together they made memories in places near and far, including Alaska, Hawaii and even India. Jerry found a special sense of peace and joy at Solglimt Bed & Breakfast on Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota. It became a favorite place for Jerry and Tammie to spend time together, relax and enjoy the lake.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Tammie; his son, Jeremy and his wife, Teresa; his daughter, Jennie and her husband, Karan; his grandchildren, Ajay and Alexis; his sister, Linda; his brother, Wayne; and many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ken (2017); his mother, Clarice (2018); his mother-in-law, Helen (2007); and his father-in-law, Donald (2018).

Jerry lived with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), a rare autoimmune liver disease. In his memory, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the PBCers Organization, which provides support, resources, and education for people affected by PBC and their families.

Celebration of Life

A Celebration of Life for Jerry will be held on Sunday, October 4, from 1:00–4:00pm CT at Badlands Golf Course, 1018 80th Ave, Roberts, WI 54023 .

Family and friends are welcome to gather throughout the afternoon to celebrate Jerry’s life. From 2:00–2:30pm, we will set aside time for anyone who would like to share a favorite memory, story or a few words about Jerry.
