Jeremy Dehne 10/15/2013

Jeremy John Dehne, age 37 of New Richmond, died on Tuesday, October 15, 2013.  Jeremy was born the son of John and Nancy on June 28, 1976 in Red Lake Falls, MN.  He grew up in West Fargo, ND, graduating from West Fargo High School with the class of 1994.  He continued his education at NEI in Minneapolis, graduating in 1999.  On July 7, 2000, he married Suann Berg in Lake Elmo, MN.  The couple moved to Medford, WI where Jeremy worked for Weather Shield Windows.  In 2002, they moved to Two Rivers, WI where he worked at Fischer Scientific.  He spent some time consulting for Kimberly Clark in Appleton before moving back to New Richmond in 2005 to be closer to family.  Shortly after moving back, Jeremy’s father-in-law suffered a stroke, and for the next two years, Jeremy took care of him full time while doing his consulting work.  In 2008 he took a job with Alliant Tech Systems in Eden Prairie where he worked until 2013.  Most recently Jeremy started a job with Best Buy Corporation in Richfield.  He held the credentials CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional -which is granted by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium and GCIH – GIAC Certified Incident Handler.  Jeremy was a respectful son and grandson, a devoted husband and father, and was fiercely loyal and protective of his family.  He enjoyed playing his guitar, shooting his AR15, and anything having to do with the Packers.  Jeremy was a man of character, passionate, patriotic and had strong conviction.  He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Paulick, mother-in-law, Annette Berg; father-in-law, Arnt Berg; and uncles, Steve Dehne and Douglas Mattison.  Jeremy is survived by his wife, Suann Dehne; children, Tanner Dehne, Justis Dehne, Aspyn Dehne, Anya Dehne; parents, John (Marilyn) Dehne, Nancy (Al) Viseth; grandfather, Earl Dehne; siblings, Brandan Lee (Tuck Benavente) Dehne, David Viseth, Sarah Jo (Ross Schmidt) Viseth, Joe Viseth, Michael Baumgartner, Montgomery Baumgartner; great-aunt, L. Jean Dehne; 8 nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.  A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 4 pm at Cornerstone Assembly of God 1350 Heritage Dr New Richmond, WI.  Visitation was also Saturday from 2:30 – 4 pm at the church.  Interment was in Cylon Cemetery.  A reception followed at the Dehne home 1244 Doman Drive New Richmond, WI.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services Beebe Chapel of New Richmond.
