Janet E. Praschak, age 64 of Star Prairie, WI, died on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. A Celebration of Jan’s Life will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 6 pm at Bethany Lutheran Church 415 Bridge Avenue Star Prairie, WI. Visitation will also be on Tuesday from 3-6 pm at the church. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery in Star Prairie. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
