Jane Marie Getzie-Klosowski, age 54, of Spring Valley formerly of Roberts died Sunday, August 25, 2019 at her home. She was born November 24, 1964 in St. Paul, MN. Jane enjoyed living in Roberts and had a real love for Harley Davidson motorcycles. Her proudest moments were seeing her daughter, Jill and son, Rob graduate from high school and the birth of her granddaughter, Rachel. Jane was all smiles. She will be remembered as a very strong woman, who never gave up. Jane is preceded in death by her father, Gerald Klosowski; and husband, Terry Getzie. She is survived by her children, Jay Clark, Jill Ziegler, Rob (fiance’ Mikayla Schanus-Zaccardi) Hoikka; partner, Dennis Johnson; mother, Gloriann (Walter) Maring; granddaughter, Rachel Ziegler; sister, Jill (Tim) Radkey; beloved cat, Sarah D. Putty. Following Jane’s wishes, services will be private. Cremation services provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

Jane was always so kind to me. I always loved seeing her. My sympathy goes out to Dennis and her Mother and her children and all. I remember her joy in the birth of her Granddaughter and her many battles to survive life. The last time I saw her (a few weeks ago) she looked better than ever and seemed so happy. I feel richer for knowing her and her spirit!
