James Donald Peterson, age 58, passed away peacefully in his home with his wife, and son by his side on August 18, 2022. James was born on March 3, 1964 in New Richmond, WI. James attended and graduated New Richmond High. He went on to join the Navy and was honored to serve our country.
James was an avid lover of the outdoors, he enjoyed riding his Harley with his wife, “it makes me feel free!”. James was a very dedicated and happy man! Bringing smiles to every life he touched. If you met this man, there’s no chance you would forget him. James is preceded in death by both parents and brother. James is survived by beloved wife; Marina Peterson, son; Jordan Peterson, daughter; Danielle Lavoie; sisters; and many family; and friends. A celebration of life was held at MARY PARK (New Richmond) at 1p.m. on SEPTEMBER 17, 2022. There was a Service of Arms at 3:15p.m.
PLEASE COME JOIN US IN CELEBRATION, OF THIS WONDERFUL MAN’S LIFE! The Celebration was held on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 starting at 3:00 pm at Mary Park in New Richmond. At the pavilion closest to the boat landing. Cremation Services provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
