Grant was like a little brother to me. He helped me through a couple back surgeries, I helped him through cancer. I deeply cared about him through thick and thin. Thoughts and prayers for Grant, his family and friends.

My sincerest condolences to the family. Of all the things that afflict us as humans, the pain of losing a loved one in death is truly indescribable. It is especially overwhelming when they are so young. May the “God of all comfort” soothe your broken hearts and strengthen you during this most difficult time (Psalm 147:3; 2 Cor. 1:3, 4). And may your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories as you celebrate a life well lived.

I’m so sad to hear about Grant passing away. I had Grant in my class when he was in second grade. He was such a sweet second grader. Really nice, super cute boy. Kind of quiet. Everybody’s friend. I’m so sorry.
