Gayle Hickman 10/19/2012

Gayle Joann Hickman age 72 of River Falls died Friday, October 19, 2012 at her home.  She was born the daughter of Donald and Lillian (Engebretson) Dalrymple on November 5, 1939 in Minneapolis, MN.  She enjoyed reading, watching t.v., holidays with family and spending time with her Red Hat Society Friends.  Gayle loved her two granddaughters and they meant the world to her.  She is remembered as a wonderful woman and a good mother.  She will be missed by her daughter, Carrie; granddaughters, Halle Dee and Adeline Cora; sister-in-law, Evelyn Hickman; many nieces and nephews.  Gayle was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Lillian Dalrymple; husband, Willard Hickman; infant son, Charles Wayne Hickman; brother, Gerald Dalrymple; sister-in-law, Vicki Dalrymple; aunts and uncles.  A graveside service was held Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 10:00 am Lane #1 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.  Arrangements were with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services Beebe Chapel of New Richmond.
