Gary Peterson, age 79, of New Richmond, WI passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at his home. He is preceded in death by parents, Franklin and Evelyn Peterson; sister, Deanna Peterson; sister-in-law, Darlene Peterson; and grandson, Garrett Hanson. Gary is survived by wife, Suzanne; children, Corey Hanson, Kim (Robin) Hanson, Wayne (Rose) Peterson, Chad Hanson; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Roger Peterson, Jeff (Sharon) Peterson, Jodi (Kim) Olson; many in-laws, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Services were private. Cremation services provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

will always remember the fun times we had, and the great memories
Sue you are in my thoughts and prayers
We think of the many enjoyable years living next door at the lake. Morning coffee break and late afternoon happy hour will always live on. I learned so many practical skills from Gary and I still miss being able to come over for advice.
Sue, we have missed you and Gary at Salem. Both of you were a joy to be around. I am so sorry for your loss.
