Eugene “Geno” Vaccaro, age 74, passed away peacefully, at home on Friday, May 9, 2025, with his loving family by his side.

Geno is survived by his wife, Judy; daughters, Annie and Gina; grandchildren, Faith, Carver, Ziva and Thaddeus; siblings, Paul (Susan) Vaccaro, Jon (Pam) Vaccaro, Kathy Ratliff, Joe Sehulster, Tom (Jennifer) Sehulster and Theresa Sehulster; and sister-in-law, Anne Sehulster.

Geno is preceded in death by, his parents, Joseph and Carmen Sehulster; and brother, Mark Sehulster.

May his vivacious laugh live on forever.

A celebration of life for Geno is being held on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 3:00PM at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (728 S Knowles Ave) New Richmond, Wisconsin  with visitation beginning at 1:30PM.  

Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services

    This really is so sad to hear that another brother lost his life with a fight too. I sure looked up to him. Always ready for a hug when we gathered he was so crazy about his pasta and Italian loaf of bread.

    I just can’t find the words, such sad news, but only for us here on earth, but for him, he’s in Glory touching the face of God. He will be greatly missed.

    Just received the sad news from a fellow classmate at St. Bonaventure HS. Geno was a great guy and he always brought the laughs and happiness wherever he went. He was the one who hung a nickname on all of us at St. Bona’s (which are still remembered to this day). Very sorry for your loss.
