Eloise “Lee” Margaret Otto of Cape Coral, FL, took her final curtain call on the morning of June 29, 2025, at the age of 93.

A lifelong lover of the arts, Lee’s stage was more than just a spotlight—it was a calling. A devoted actress, director, and passionate supporter of community theatre, she spent decades championing local talent and enriching her community through performance. As a former President of the Board at Culture Park Community Theatre, Lee led with grace, wit, and unshakable dedication, ensuring that the magic of live theatre remained a vibrant part of Cape Coral.

Though she thrived under the lights, her most cherished role was that of mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Her greatest reprise is carried on by those she is survived by: daughters Robyn (Keith), Kathy, and Sandra (Anthony); step-daughters Cheri and Lynda; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.

Lee now reunites with her beloved husband Jim Otto (d. 2011) and grandson Matthew Coombe (d. 1995).

In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that you make a donation in Lee’s memory to Culture Park Community Theatre or The Belle Theatre, both in Cape Coral, FL. Your support helps the next generations of performers, designers, and volunteers to find their own light, just as Lee helped so many to discover theirs.

The marquee lights may dim, but Lee’s legacy will forever shine in the spotlight.
