Earl Inabnit 06/05/2013

Earl L. Inabnit age 91 of Plum City died Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Mayo Health System in Eau Claire.  He was born the son of John and Mary (Brunner) Inabnit on October 21, 1921 in Plum City.  Earl served his country in US Army during WWII in Europe.  He farmed his whole life and raised pigs and cattle.  He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing.  Earl was a member of the American Legion Post #365 in Plum City.  He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruth Thalacker, Anna Johnson; brothers, Mike Inabnit, Willie Inabnit, Fred Inabnit, Glen Inabnit; and nieces and nephews.  Earl is survived by his sister, Agnes Henning; nieces and nephews, Ruth Redding, Belle Inabnit, Sharon Briley, Doris Mai, John Inabnit, Roy Inabnit, Norman Johnson, Willard Johnson; many great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.  A funeral service was held Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 10:00 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plum City.  Visitation was Monday, June 10, 2013 from 4-8 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral Home in Maiden Rock and also Tuesday from 9-10 am at church.  Interment was in the Freehome Cemetery with military honors performed by American Legion Post #365 of Plum City.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of Maiden Rock.
