Donna Shay 11/19/2022

Donna Shay (nee Beebe) age 96, passed away on November 19, 2022 in DePere, WI. She was born in New Richmond WI on April 8,1926 to Lawrence and Adeline Beebe. She attended New Richmond schools graduating in 1944. On September 16,1950 she was married to Harold Shay. Donna worked for the family’s furniture store and mortuary business until retiring in 1980. After retirement Donna and Harold traveled between Arizona and Balsam Lake until Harold’s death in 1986. Donna spent the next several years in Arizona finally moving back to Wisconsin in the mid 90’s. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Laurence and Adeline Beebe; husband, Harold Shay; brother’s John and Jim Beebe. She is survived by, her children L. William Shay (Madelyn) and Nancie Rozumalski (Karl); Grandchildren, Catharine Shay (Chris Stephens), Christa Shay, William Shay, Phillip Rozumalski, Dan Rozumalski (Renee); Great grandchildren, Briarly Shay Stephens, Kinsley Rozumalski, and Aslyn Rozumalski.  A Celebration of Donna’s Life was held on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 5-8 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services 728 S Knowles Avenue New Richmond, WI.  Interment was in the New Richmond Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services
