Donna Carter died on Monday, April 13, 2026 in Arizona. A Celebration of Donna’s life will be Friday, May 1, 2026 at 3 pm at Ezekiel Lutheran Church 202 S 2nd St, River Falls, WI. Visitation will also be on Friday from 1-3 pm at the church. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in River Falls. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
