Diana Miller 02/18/2020

Diana Lynn Miller, age 67 of River Falls, WI, died on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at The Estates at Linden in Stillwater, MN.  Diana was born the daughter of George and Agnes Thoen on September 13, 1952.  She grew up in River Falls, graduating from River Falls High School with the class of 1970.  She completed her CNA at 916 Vo-Tech in Oakdale, MN.  Diana was married to Larry A. Miller, they later divorced. Diana enjoyed making cards and jewelry, playing bingo and kino, and socializing with people she met.  She was a kind and generous woman who always put others before herself.  She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Agnes Thoen; granddaughter, Nicole Hanson; siblings, Ron Thoen, Gwen Loman, David Thoen, Sharon Foss, Janet Rovney; and son-in-law, Randy Geiger.  Diana is survived by her daughters, Kay (Mike) Wieland, Kris Geiger, Kelly Miller; grandchildren, Macy Wieland, Zackery Geiger, Kenneth Geiger, Kaitlin Geiger, Jacob Geiger, Jeremy Geiger, Salena Miller; great-granddaughter, Olivia Barbeau; siblings, Tom (Barb) Thoen, George Thoen, Mike Thoen, Leeann (Don) Sorenson; and many other relatives and friends.  A Celebration of Diana’s Life was held on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 5-8 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services 805 E Division Street River Falls, WI.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services

    Diane was amazing person.When I first meet her she gave me a big hug and welcomed with with open arms and said she thought of me as one of her own .she loved her kids and grandkids.and when she spoke of them you could hear in her voice how happy she was..She will be deeply missed by all…Love you
