Charles E. Barbeau I, age 57 of New Richmond and formerly of N. St. Paul, Minnesota, died on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the Deerfield Gables in New Richmond.  He was born the son of Norman and MaryAlice Barbeau on August 9, 1953 in St. Paul, MN.  Chuck worked as Journeyman in the construction trades.  He is preceded in death by his brother, Rocky Baribeau; and son, Samuel Barbeau.  Chuck is survived by his wife, Rebecca Barbeau; children, Laura (Andrew Nyman) Ingram, Tammy Webb, Travis Bell, Chuck Barbeau II, Ben Barbeau; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Hannah, Gretchen; parents, Norman and MaryAlice Barbeau; siblings, Suzette (Tom) Adams, Norman (Connie) Barbeau, Jr., Robin (Kim) Barbeau, Steven Barbeau, Victor (Lynda) Barbeau, Tony (Sharon) Barbeau; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.  Private services were held. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of New Richmond.
