Carmen Figi 12/24/2019

Carmen Alicia Figi, age 54 of Ellsworth, WI, died Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Carmen was born the daughter of Russell and Maria (Mollineda) Figi on February 28, 1965 in River Falls, WI. She grew up in River Falls and graduated from River Falls High School with the class of 1983. Carmen was married to Todd Wick on March 5, 1996 in Ellsworth, WI.  She was the Bakery manager for the Family Fresh Grocery Store in Hudson, WI, retiring in August of 2018.  Carmen enjoyed traveling, fishing, attending concerts, and being near the water.  She was a wonderful cook and baker who loved to entertain and celebrate Holidays and special events.  Carmen was generous, honest and strong, with a great sense of humor and quick wit.  She loved caring for her daughter, grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ned Figi, Marjorie Petkovsek, Francisco Mollineda, Guadalupe Mollineda; and mother, Maria Figi.  Carmen is survived by her husband, Todd Wick; daughter, Trina (Josh) Boles; grandchildren, Adeline, Ronnie and Vivian Boles; father, Russell Figi; siblings, Christina (Frederic) Feisthauer, Carlos (Dena) Figi, Eduardo Figi, Antonio Figi, nieces and nephews, Joseph Feisthauer, William Feisthauer, Jacob (Nina) Figi, Amanda (Justin) Hanson, Adam (Tessa) Figi, Ryan Figi, Ana (Jeffrey) McGuire, Alexander Figi; uncle, Isaac Mollineda; cousins, Estela (Jose) Godina, Adriana Mollineda; close friend Heather (Kevin) Ritzer and many other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service was held at 2 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services 805 E Division Street River Falls, WI.  Visitation was also on Sunday from 12-2 pm.  Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
