Carin Johnson 11/20/2018

Carin Johnson, age 49, of Oakdale, MN died Tuesday, November 20, 2018.  Carin was born on August 4, 1969 the daughter of Jim and Barb Johnson.  She grew up on a farm near Dallas, WI.  Carin worked for Boston Scientific for many years.  She enjoyed traveling, camping, quilting and doing crafts.  Carin was friendly and outgoing.  She is preceded in death by her brother, Craig Johnson; and sister, Cathy Johnson.  Carin is survived by her parents, Jim and Barb Johnson; sister-in-law, Aubrey Mattison; nephew, Zachary Johnson; niece, Abigail Johnson; and many other relatives and friends.  A memorial service was held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the New Richmond United Methodist Church (209 E 2nd St.) in New Richmond.  Visitation was also Saturday from 12:00-1:00 pm at the church.  Private family interment will be at a later date.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

    My deepest condolences to the family, Carin was a very special friend and she will be missed. I worked with Carin for many years, we took many vacations together and we close friends. I will miss all the good times that we had and our friendship. My heart is broken from the loss.

    I went to high school with Carin. She always had a smile on here face & was so friendly. My sympathies & prayers to her family.

    Miss you my sister friend my heart is breaking and I know your moms and dads is also but you are at peace now .
    I’ll always remember the two cruises we took all the laughs we shared. I know you’re in heaven now until we meet again .
