Barbara Frank, age 62, of New Richmond died Thursday, October 18, 2018 at her home. A Celebration of Barbara’s Life was held Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 3-6 pm at Roosters Roadhouse (1767 County Road T) in New Richmond.
