Auldin Gunderson 01/02/2017

Auldin C. Gunderson age 77 of Roberts passed away peacefully Monday, January 2, 2017 with his daughters by his side.  He was born the son of Hagner and Linda (Robole) Gunderson on November 25, 1939 in the Town of Cady, WI.  Auldin graduated from Woodville High School.  He married Bonnie Richmond on November 19, 1971.  Auldin had a long career at United Airlines and retired October 31, 2001.  He enjoyed spending time with his siblings and fishing at the cabin.  In retirement, he could be found playing golf almost every day.  Auldin was loved by many and will be remembered fondly.  He is survived by his daughters, Sharon Gunderson and Brenda Gunderson; grandsons, Tucker Brandstrom and Travis Lawson; 7 siblings; special friend, Bonnie Haas; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie (Jan. 2, 2008); daughter, Jeannie; parents, Hagner and Linda; and 2 siblings.  A funeral service was held Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at Cross Lutheran Church (1246 County Road TT) in Roberts.  Visitation was Thursday, January 5^th from 4-8 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral Home (1750 8^th Ave.) in Baldwin and on Friday from 10-11 am at the church.  Interment was in Warren Cemetery in Roberts.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of Baldwin.
